Azzurro Case Study
This family run coffee business was founded in Turin, Italy. It was here that they worked to identify the best beans from across the globe, and took nine months to create their two expertly balanced blends: ‘Monza’ and ‘Monte Carlo’, for which their heritage brand, to this day, is still distinguished. Azzurro coffee is served in some of the World’s finest hotels, restaurants and cafes.
When they moved their head office to Scotland, OneCall was contracted to design and build the interior office space.
Having inherited a large industrial warehouse, it was important to Azzurro that their new home was both able to handle their increasing storage and production needs, but also provide a tasteful and welcoming space for their staff and customers.
OneCall fitted out a brand new warehouse interior, including a private area for testing and maintenance, racking and a mezzanine floor above the offices for even more storage. Within the spacious and inviting office, OneCall constructed a central coffee bar for meetings and client tasting sessions. The design concept was to make the space feel homely and enjoyable to work in, and effectively create an office that doesn’t feel like an office.
